Horn Chips is a middle-aged Oglala Lakota of medium build. Horn Chips rode with Crazy Horse against the 7th Cavalry, making war medicine, but has now taken up the Ghost Dance and their peaceful ways. He hasn't quite let go of his prejudices, however, and is not fond of the White Man.
