Donald Koenig isn't a pleasant sight. He has massive burns over most of his body, and he wears a hat because the skin on the top of his head was peeled off when he was scalped by the Sioux during the massacre '75. He bears a grudge against the Sioux for that, and is one of the more vocal members of the Deadwood Miner's Alliance when it comes to calling for war, and he desperately wants to find the Indian who gave him that permanent haircut to return the favor.
