Eagle Floating is a friendly, elderly Southern Cheyenne with an easy-going manner. He's quick with a smile that buries his face in wrinkles, but the lines in his face also hint at the sorrows he's seen in his many years. He seeks to learn the ways of the Ghost Dance and bring peace to the land. He is a follower of Black Kettle and the Old Ways.
