Kills Iron Horse is a Cheyenne of medium height, with an athletic build and a serious expression. She wears the long sash and sacred arrow of the Dog Soldiers, to pin the sash to the ground in warfare. She has a number of scars from previous battles. She gained her name from that time she derailed a train.
