Liu Kamin is an older Chinese man overseeing operations at Iron Dragon's Deadwood Railyard. He still wears his graying hair in a que, even though he's long since given up hope of returning home to China, and wears a conical hat to keep the sun off of his bald spot. He's a competent middle-management type without many great ambitions other than keeping the trains running on time.
