These are the elite, supernatural bodyguards that serve Raven and all the false Ravens. A contingent of the Thunder Guard usually numbers two to four powerful Harrowed. Most have been bound to serve Raven by being defeated in the Hunting Grounds. These people are white, Indian, Chinese — whoever Raven feels best protects his interests.
