The Artist is the most trusted of The Silk Queen's Precepts. He is also the figure upon which all Web citizens can and do rally. The hero of the empire, he is known as a fearsome warrior and a fair ruler. Often, whispers say such things as it is he that should rule the empire. The Artist will not hear those whispers.

The Artist always wears his armor, his magic makes it so he never becomes fatigued by wearing it. That is a simple magic, though not all low-level mages can make or perform it. What is truly outstanding is his power over runes, symbols, and all things art. When he deigns to remove his helm, he reveals a handsome face crowned by a smooth crop of healthy brown hair.
