The Mad Priest is a Taken of The Lady. He is the Head Priest of a cult called The Lunar Congregation of The Goddess Worship. Having usurped The Mad King long ago, The Mad Priest took over the last of The Mad King's followers and revived the cult with new doctrine. Some fought against him, but they died swiftly.

The Mad Priest is ever caught in a struggle to gain more followers. Citizens of his territory, his nation, are required to worship The Goddess. Not all do, but his faithful, devoted cult is larger than it has ever been before.

The Mad Priest wears a beautiful, white Hannya mask that features a golden crescent attached to the forehead with the points facing upwards. The Mad Priest possesses the power to make the mask change appearance at his will. The mask is finished with a silk covering that extends from the back, enveloping The Priest's head and covering his neck as well. He also wears fine white robes gilded with silver and gold. Over all, his appearance is extremely rich and impressive. More so, however, is his deep basso voice. His sermons, performances, and testimonies are always very powerful.
