Storm Eater is one of The Lady's Taken. Having undergone strange rituals and bringing powerful shape-altering spells to bear upon himself, Storm Eater is a being that may no longer classify as a conventional human being. Indeed, the learned that know of him often refer to him as an extra-planar being.

Storm Eater appears to be formed entirely of a static energy. Where he goes, the sky around him darkens for miles. Where he appears, almost all light is absorbed and only he casts a dim, obscure glow in the darkness. A constant feeling of static accompanies him, clinging to mortal flesh like a blanket.

The extra-planar mage still wears clothes, though even they appear to be made of the same kind of stuff as he, favoring simple courtly clothes.
