Balli

Balli stands an imposing 8 ft 3 inches tall, in days and years past he was often seen practicing with his bow which cut an imposing silhouette at 12 ft long. Though he still denies it, rumors still persist that the bow was made from the thigh bone of a red dragon he brought down with no small amount of help. He no longer carries that bow, or any possessions beside a pair of pants that meet the requirements of modesty.

Backstory: Balli was, and still is a competitive athlete, but when he was just a child, his tribe was killed off by an unforeseen threat while he was away. He went on a reckless revenge mission, well he meant to go on one any way. But fortunately he ran into a particularly stubborn cleric of St Cuthbert, to say that the cleric's lessons on honor and justice, were hard would be an understatement. But Balli learned many lessons, and from those lessons comes a strong code of conduct. At times he seems brutal, and at others gentle. He is fiercely loyal to his friends and a fierce champion of justice, but rare are the occasion that he shows mercy to the wrong doer. The single sliver of mercy once existed in his weapon of choice. It has never been used to kill any creature. His bow is a critical part of any legend or story told about him. Many of those stories end with Balli bringing some outlaw unconscious into town to face justice. But now the stories continue without the bow, they continue without mention of any equipment at all.

He long ago brought his brand of justice to his home region with the assistance of the stubborn priest of St Cuthbert. He and the priest have since parted ways under strained circumstances because Balli's concept of justice is too ridged and leave no room for mercy, he now wanders the world seeking the lost heirlooms of his tribe, and fighting for the brutality of unfeeling fairness and justice.

His name was given to him by his childhood friends who called him Balli which is short for ballista. This is because he favorite bow was taller then he is and once fired a ballista bolt from his bow to prove he could.

Goals: to recover all 144 tribal heirlooms, that were stolen when his tribe was killed.
