Phred is the stereotypical innkeeper.   He's a bit chunky but still burly from his younger years.  He's an older man, but still sharp of eye and of tongue.   He's a fantastic listener, and knows a lot about what's going on in town.

He runs a clean place, and expects his patrons to behave well.
Not perfectly, but well.

Currently the Innkeeper of The Copper Coffer, a large but homey tavern and inn that is said to have other branches in most major cities, Phred is a subtle but well known character in town.
