Despite her tiny five foot, under 100 lb stature, Vylaerys commands power when she walks into a room. Raised by the last Haberue Wizards as Silverstand fell, she walks with the self-assurance of one imbued with a greater knowledge of this world. Her lavender eyes look straight through some people and into the very core of others. While her waist-length silver hair is frequently tied up into a crown of braids, her wavy locks shine in moonlight and are almost translucent in the sun. As pale as you would expect someone raised in a library of a frozen world to be, her skin almost appears to glow in the dark.

Present in this world, but clearly other, she is somewhat aloof at times. It is unclear how she survived the journey from Silverstand to Almengard in white and silver linens and a long mink overcoat and tall brown boots that leave no steps behind them.
