Chief Grant Williams- A tough cookie, one who will put his foot down and have his deputies and officers do and bid his dirty work for him.  Quick to harp and badger any one to get any type of answer.  Not always a fair game player.  Stands about 5’10”, sandy blonde hair with streaks of gray, hair cut tight, always seems to have a 5 o’clock shadow.  Gray eyes and swimmers build.  Condescending, arrogant, and boastful.  Has been on the force for the past 15 years
