Will is a Tiefling, evident in the red scaly skin and close fitting jet black horns he bears, the latter curving back from his forehead to just behind the tips of his long pointed ears. His horns are banded and tipped and his ears cuffed with cloisonne pieces of mithral wire set with red and black bloodstone in geometric patterns. His eyes are small black pupils in a sea of red, the irises a mere suggestion of a variation in the coloring of the rest of the eyeball and his lips are ash gray. His teeth are the color of aged ivory, and every tooth pointed as a human cuspid is. His infernal aspect is readily apparent, unmistakenly separating him from any other scaled race.

He wears ornate clothing in a militaristic style, at a glance more suited to the court than the streets, yet kept functional. Heavily embroidered button up red silk sleeves of his arming doublet lay over a black silk shirt, under a chain shirt of silvery mithral. Atop the chainmail sits a close fitting tabard of black, red and silvery brocade with strap buckles and black and silver epaulets, it bears a silver star shaped broach that identifies him as CDF. A sash fronted with short black fur runs from his right shoulder to his left hip, the dash has numerous small pouches incorporated into it's length. Attached is a matching small satchel that incorporates an ornate mithral dagger. A matching broad belt over a blue silk scarf sits at the waist. Trousers of fine black wool with silvery buttons over red silk piping are tucked into knee high black boots of snakeskin that show a red silk lining where cuffed down at the knee. A full cape of red velvet lined in black silk, held with a cloisonne brooch that matches those on his horns and ears. His left arm is clad in mithral from the wrist to the elbow where a buckler strapped to the forearm ends. He carries and sometimes dons a mask, a tooled and shaped leather caricature of a leering human face.
