If you'd caught her a few years ago, before the scars, you might have thought Kendra still had some soft edges. You might even have been right. Now, though, if there is anything still soft about her it would take a monumental effort to find it.

Physically, she is unassuming. A reasonably attractive redhead with an upper-class Scintillan accent - no wonder so many still think her soft! Nothing in particular stands out unless you happen to notice the hundreds of scars that fleck her arms down to the wrist or along the base and back of her neck. Some of them are still fresh enough to be pink instead of white.
