This disturbing humanoid appears to have only a large eyeball
for a head!

It is wearing oddly patterened robes beaded with bits of glass
 and metal and carries a gnarled staff that exudes solidified
 drops of amber, and has a number of odd instruments  hanging
from a belt at its waist, including an odd looking knife.
