A physique born of years of short rations on top of tall ancestry, and a skillset from the streets of redlight (and a little Artisan), nondescript brownish face with curly brown hair and brown eyes.  Wrong color and much too tall be a goblin, but walks and talks like one.  Carries a knife, and it carries a couple knives.  Wears leather every day -- not for style, but because it's durable.

The one place you can count on seeing him is the Cathedral, when he can make it to services.  He sits in the back, and pantomimes the Communion as Father Robards administers it, mumbles along with the Father in Latin, and always has something to put in the basket, even if it's only a farthing.
