Evelina Grattan, Queen of the Frog God Cult, is a tallish, athletic blond, with naturally curly hair, kept short, and violet eyes.  She wears heavy leather, and fights when necessary with a long whip and a shield, using tactics worked out with her sister to keep opponents from getting inside their whip's strike.
