This vendor in the goblin market sells leather masks, and seems to wear one
themselves.  The painted features are beautiful, but there is something just
a little bit off about their appearance and bearing; the net is that they are unattractive, with the suggestion that whatever is under the mask may be hideous or worse.

In addition to masks, their wares include odd leathery bits, along with scented soap.
