Description: The Infinite Collegium is a school dedicated to the pursuit, preservation of knowledge, and arcane power. The campus is surrounded by a massive city created to meet the needs of the students. Their government is run primarily by their university, and a devoted group of priest scholars. It tends to use a lot of academic terms and styling.

Organization: The Collegium is ruled by the Administration, a special council of Collegium faculty headed by various department heads as well as the Scholar/Priests of Omesha.

Social Stratum and important terms

The Dean: Defacto ruler. Selected by council vote every 5 years.
Departments: These elect department heads. There is one for each major school of magic, and one for numerous mundane subjects grouped together.
Tenured Faculty: Faculty Alumni. They have tremendous power.
Faculty: Any full time employee of the administration itself is considered Faculty. This comes with a number of legal benefits. While some of these are quite poor positions, they do come with significant benefits.
Students/Alumni: Students of the college and graduates are permitted a special title and are considered to be of higher social status regardless of wealth. A few have honorary degrees for large donations or service to the state.
Townies: Townies are those who dwell within Township but are not working for, nor attending the Collegium. Some are quite wealthy.
Frontiers: Any city that's not Township. Citizens of these domains are called pioneers.
Proctor: These function as disciplinarians in the Collegium and Township, and are also the term for the Collegium's small but elite forces. Many are mages or graduates of the War and Athletics Department. As a rule, they are faculty.
Scholar-Priests: The Scholar-Priests of Omensha. They advice all levels of government and act as judges.
