A charismatic Wind Voice of Orlanth with a loud,
booming voice and an eloquent wit, Govoran is a devotee
of Orlanth in his Adventurous aspect. Perhaps the most
popular (and confrontational) of the priests of Orlanth
in Pavis, Govoran is tolerated by Sor-Eel because of his
charm and greatness of spirit.
Govoran serves as the warleader of the Garhound
clan; indeed, the clan’s full-time mercenaries are called
“Govoran’s Men” and the warband functions as a small
mobile temple of Orlanth.
