Orlgar the Middleman Storm, Illusion, Communication
The Garhound clan meat-buyer is a garrulous and likeable middleaged
man, balding and with a sizeable paunch. Once a mercenary
for his clan, now an initiate of Issaries, Orlgar spent time amongst
the Praxian nomads and is familiar with their ways and customs;
he is on surprisingly friendly terms with Khan Boronwaha of the
Rock Speakers clan of the Sable Tribe.
Orlgar negotiates with the Sables for all meat consumed by the
Garhound clan and their dependents in New Pavis; he was recently
attacked and robbed by Jobal Lanza, a man he hates and fears.
