Gunyar Blackfoot Lorekeeper is on the small side for a dwarf, standing just three feet, nine inches tall and weighing in at 161 pounds. He has short, unkempt brown hair and matching eyes - eyes that frequently hold a ready smile. His skin is a healthy tanned color, and the tips of his fingers and teeth are stained slightly by the pipeweed he so loves to smoke.

Dressed in an explorer's outfit and bearing a pathfinder's backpack and kit one could be mistaken for thinking him an experienced adventurer. The lie is quickly revealed at night however when, rather than keeping an eye out for potential threats, he prefers to tell stories, sing songs, or merely write in his hand-crafted journal. Likewise, he feels hours spent on the road are best spent sharing stories or singing songs rather than in silent contemplation, a fact that has been known to annoy companions on occasion.

Although he wears armor and bears both a dagger and a shortbow, it is clear he lacks the strength to be a major force on the front lines of combat. His true strength lies in his bardic abilities, though they have yet to be proven in truth.
