Lotheran has a scruffy stained dark beard, is often wearing an eye patch.
(although often he forgets it and it frequently swaps eyes as he doesn't
actually require it.) He wears a  long broad rimmed hat that once would
have been a fine hat but since it has become the abode of Lotherans best
 friend a water rat named Bob it has seen better days. He wears a black
leather jerkin and carries an old rapier at his side. He walks with a
drunken swagger and often talks with a lisp or a slur.
