Spelto

Spelto is the youngest member of the Fourteenth Infantry Squad, and acts like it. A capable warrior in his own right, his immature attitude and poor understanding of the world can often lead him into trouble.

Standing around four feet in height, Spelto lacks the discipline or life-experience of his peers. His face is open and somewhat naive, while his general lack of attentiveness is a liability. His combat prowess is considerable though, but could be far greater if he could learn to focus himself more and curb his wandering attention.

With a shock of spiked black hair and heavily muscled body, Spelto can be a disconcerting sight to enemies. Like all saiyan warriors, Spelto's training to unlock his ki has allowed him to bulk up his muscles far more than should be possible for one of his age. This incongruous physique stands him yet in good stead, for opponents have difficulty sizing him up, and many is the fool who has underestimated him in battle, even among the saiyans themselves.
