Short, lean and unremarkably pretty, Jayachandra looks like a boyish young mongoose girl with charcoal-and-brown brindled fur and a slightly uncanny air about her, whether as a result of her almost diamond focus upon whatever it is she's paying attention to or her awkward, stilted manner of speech.

 She usually dresses in flowing, lightweight robes that hide much, if not all of her body (not that she has a lot to hide), most especially her forehead where there's invariably a softly glowing serpent-and-antlered-crown uktena sigil. She carries herself as someone who doesn't feel they need protecting however, which those who have seen her unleash her hidden weapons to shred mortal flesh and bone know full well is indeed the case.
