Lady of Midnight and Shadow

Concept
The Lady of Midnight and Shadow dreamed Mondlicht Garten--she is it's ruler and creator.  A creature of mischief and night, she is in many ways youth and temptation personified.  She is the forbidden fruit that, once tasted, brings sin into the world of men (and women).

Appearance
When the Lady of Midnight and Shadow appeared within her Garden she usually took a singular form.  Changelings disagree if this is her true form or just a particular favorite or simply her Garden form (no one ever went to the Manor House so it is unclear who or what she was there).  But all agree that they share common memories of how she appeared to them when they dream of her today.

The Lady was small, graceful, and pixie-like.  She had a noble bearing, though there was often mischief in her twinkling, violet blue eyes that shone like the stars themselves.  Waves of hair like inky shadow cascaded wildly down her back, so dark it seemed to drink the moonlight itself, disappearing into the dark of the night sky. It seemed to most that her small, bare feet almost floated over the ground, so light and airy did she appear.  She wore gossamer gowns of woven spiderwebs and shadow, or else threads of pure moonlight, neither of which covered her, and she often preferred to walk naked in the garden.

At times the Lady would appear as a beautiful raven with black feathers that reflected the silver moonlight.  She would take this form to observe her treasures when she did not want to interact directly with them.  Much happened in the Garden that did not directly involve the Lady, though very little happened of which she was unaware.

Some whispered that the Lady had another form, though none recall ever seeing it.  Nonetheless rumors persist that the Lady's true form was nothing more than an inky black shadow with the silhouette of a pixie-like female figure, cast in the darkness by trees and other objects that blocked out the light of the moon.

Personality
The Lady is hedonistic.  She seeks pleasure in all things and knows no restraint in pursuit of that goal.  She cannot imagine why anyone would put limits on what she considers their own happiness, and cannot abide by those who would try to restrain hers.

To those she favors she is unyieldingly devoted.  To those who annoy or anger her she can be childish and petty.  She can be fickle and shallow, and like most of her kind cannot comprehend human motivations that are not based on emotional reaction or need.
