Brief Bio: Mr. Davis is the oldest Brujah in Erie.  His exact age is unknown, but he was a strong presence for the Union while they marched on the south.  After the war, Mr. Davis returned north and settled down in his hometown again, now a man of significant wealth.  He made a great deal of money by manipulating the system and selling relics of the Confederacy back to the original owners.  He may look soft, aged, and amusing, but Mr. Davis is as sly, devious, and dangerous as they come.  He hasn't earned the nicknames "Switchblade" and "Brujah Bruce" for nothing.  Primogen Davis has formidable financial influence in addition to being well connected among the upper class.

Primogen Davis has a bitter rivalry with the primogen of clan Ventrue, Lee Roy Ratcliff.  Mr. Davis has lost at least one childe due to information presented to Her Grace by the Ventrue, and his influence has been assaulted on more than one occasion.  If something does (and it often does) happen to attract unwanted drama or attention, Primogen Davis quickly assumes and accuses the Ventrue of it, even if they aren't actually behind it.  This blind spot and aggression towards the clan of kings has gotten Mr. Davis more than one headache he didn't want.

On the flip side, Primogen Davis is no saint either, and is often an instigator, "accidentally" pressing buttons or luring Ventrue into bad positions they can't get out of without significant cost and effort.  He has also assaulted Primogen Ratcliff's holdings too, the game of one-ups-manship never ceasing and always on the lips of the Harpies.
