Brief Bio: Miss Davis is the type of kindred that is bad, even by kindred standards.  She probably never should have been embraced.  But she was.  And she was embraced by Owen Costigan, a Brujah known to have his eyes on the Sheriff's position.  Prior to her embrace, Katie Davis was a guitarist in a death metal band, a wannabe tattoo artist, and skinhead.  Her rush for adrenaline led her down all the wrong paths.  Now, as a kindred, Katie continues to make a problem of herself in all of the ways that will get her shot.  And staked.  Definitely shot but probably staked.

Katie routinely falls into whatever mayhem Andy is getting himself into, but she lacks the warm and friendly smile needed to dig herself back out of it.  Worse, her sire has dumped her.  A bit more than a year after her embrace, Mr. Costigan released Katie on her own.  She had become such a problematic, trouble making, don't care childe that her sire could no longer afford the debts.  Rather than kill her, he sent Katie off on her own.
