Brief Bio: Andy Carlton is young.  Not too young, but young enough to get away with still making brash, stupid decisions that have consequences he didn't see coming.  He is also old enough to know better.  Because Andy is just smart enough to get himself into trouble, he is the type of kindred who can't stay out of the Harpies' spotlight, and it's almost always negative exposure.

He is the childe of Diego Ramirhez, and he is released and acknowledged, but that's about it.  He holds next to no status and isn't taken seriously by anyone with real authority or power.  His three saving graces are that he is charming, he is surprisingly good at following directions (when they are given to him), and that he has somehow managed to secure his own influence on the streets.
