Brief Bio: Miss Hackett is the youngest and shiest member of Her Grace's brood.  Embraced on the eve of the century, this makes Monica one of the youngest kindred in the city next to Lisa Cheng.  While not as socially active as her broodmates or her sire, Miss Hackett is still quite charming, beautiful to the eyes, and adores the attention she gets.  While she doesn't have much of a mind for kindred politics, Monica is an academically gifted polyglot fluent in at least a dozen languages.
