Brief Bio: Mr. Walker is the Seneschal of Erie, and is on the same page as his sire...most of the time.  He is the oldest kindred in the prince's brood, and if not an elder is rapidly approaching the decade he becomes one.  Zachary is intelligent and charming, and he is quite polite, but has a sense of humor.  He has been known to 'slum' it with younger kindred from time to time, an often acts as a buffer for those too intimidated to approach Her Grace.

The Seneschal has a lot of influence, but it seems like he is more of a supporting cast member with his influence than a director because he is spread out along a lot of fields.  The most noteworthy are his legal, political, and media connections, all of which he gladly uses...for a price.
