Brief Bio: Ro.  Mr. Turner is best known as Ro.  Ro is one of his sire's older childre.  He is aware of how the Jyhad is played and in spite of his independent roots, Roosevelt is familiar with how the Camarilla operates.  Ro is a kindred killer too, but that's to be expected given his clan.  His preferred methods of assassination are unknown to virtually everyone in the city.  He is also a fairly common sight in kindred hot spots.  However, that doesn't make him popular.

In fact, Roosevelt isn't very popular.  The large number of Assamites in Erie is something critics talk about, and one who gleefully speaks about past "jobs," takes pride in answering to nobody except his sire or contracted patron, and who seems to disregard the subtleties of status while still claiming to know them is exactly why he isn't very well liked.

Mr. Turner doesn't seem that interested in amassing influence or wealth, and in spite of the backlash he receives from the more "proper" kindred, Ro still seems oblivious to his affect.  Smarter and more experienced kindred suspect that is his intention.  He can't be doing something scandalous if he is already a braggart with no tact or subtlety.
