Brief Bio: Jorja Vlasenko is a Countess, Slavic, and absolutely deadly.  She is the epitome of what one expects when they think of a cold, meticulous, merciless killer that makes a reputation among kindred for being extremely effective at killing them.  She has gotten so effective at her craft that Countess (a title she still holds onto) Vlasenko is even more renowned than her sire, Zora.  In fact, Jorja's reputation as an active Assamite in the United States puts her on the same list as legendary Fatima and fabled Ignetz.

Jorja is a diablerist and doesn't hide the fact.  She is also known to have disciplines outside of the Assamites' usual talents, and feeds off of the fear her name, let alone actual presence invokes.  Countess Vlasenko has several personality traits that make her easily identifiable.  First, and most obvious, is that she insists on being introduced by her mortal title.  She speaks with a heavy Slavic accent, is particularly blunt (though not necessarily rude or crude), and, as an interesting quirk, lets other kindred know she is on the job by appearing as a blonde with shoulder length straight hair and blue eyes instead of her typical, dark, curly hair that hangs down to her waist.

To those in the know, Jorja has one significant weakness...she doesn't like a challenge.  Socially, mentally, and physically, Jorja is often (and fairly easily) frustrated when dealing with someone that is her equal or greater.  In addition, from her time in Erie alone, Jorja has found herself at odds with both the Seneschal and Sheriff.  The former she criticized for being lazy.  The latter Jorja publicly insulted by declaring a position as his Deputy and defender of the city as a sign of gratitude for the hospitality she has been shown beneath her.
