Brief Bio: Jean-Luc is an older Toreador on the cusp of becoming an elder, embraced by the prince.  He is a rarity among the Prince's brood because he isn't a popular figure in Elysium and he doesn't spend a lot of time socializing.  Jean-Luc is something of a local legend among many of the younger kindred because a lot of them think he is a Nosferatu in disguise with how he stays in the shadows and avoid drawing attention to himself.

To the elders, movers and shakers, Jean-Luc is a very powerful kindred, an ally worth making, and an enemy they don't want.  If Jean-Luc wants his privacy, he gets it.  The reason for this is because he is one of Erie's best kept secrets.  He is the book keeper.  He is perhaps the only kindred who knows everyone's debts of prestation.  If there is a boon to be owed, Jean-Luc knows about it.

Jean-Luc stands out only for two reasons.  He is an older man, but also because he is significantly taller than most everyone else.  When he does make an appearance, he is most often seen in the company of Her Grace or one of his broodmates.  He does not seem to ever deal with more than one kindred at a time, rarely more than two or three in a night, and regardless of status, anyone who approaches him does so on his time.  Mr. LeReaux does not suffer fools.  Nor does he tolerate breaches of etiquette.  A kindred quickly learns they are dismissed by a trademarked facial expression; a tilted back head, closed eyes, sneer, followed by a slight look over his left shoulder.
