A concubine-priestess of Kuleh, known as the "Lady of Thorns" due to the distinctive tattoos on her body

Born to a Friijkind father and a Sorokandan mother, Anaris has light skin and bronze-hued eyes. She is of moderate height and has a lithe, but still curvaceous figure. She tends to dress quite finely, but the expense is not great because she largely makes her own clothing.

Anaris is rumoured to be loosely related to the Sorokandan royal family several generations back. She was a companion of one of the princes for several years, before he wed. She is well loved by the people of Sorokand for her charitable work as part of Kuleh's priestesshood and has occasionally acted as a diplomat for the goddess to nearby lands.
