Maxwell Ldescu is the Tremere Regent of the Berlin chantry. In life, he was one of the last apprentices in the old Order of Hermes. He became a ghoul of the Tremere and remained so for almost five centuries somewhere in central Europe. He has been embraced as a reward for his loyalty, and has become the regent of the Berlin chantry.He moved to Berlin soon after World War I, when Wilhelm allowed other Kindred to estabilish themselves in the city. Here Maxwell have been granted ultimate power over others of his clan. His greatest fear is that young Kindred anarchist will finally get solid power. Nobody else truly sees what he sees, because none of the Primogens have been around enough to see the inquisition fires. He works overtime trying to stop tha anarchs slowly ascending power. Maxwell is a man of about thirty, dressed in the most casual way to avoid being noticed. He tries to be discrete, keeping his hands in his pockets and just occasionally nodding a smile. When talking with Kindred of other clans, he listens more than he talks.
