Anastasyi is a Follower of Seth, established in the Soviet Union for many years.  The hierarchy has sent him to East Berlin, as an official of the Moscow Council.  He is a man with a dark complexion and cunning eyes. He smiles stereotypically as  he speaks, constructing an image of cold cordiality. His words are mischievous,  but at the same time seductive, as if he had learned well to deal with those who  may need him.
