Qitirith

For a dragon, Qitirith is somewhat scrawny. This may be because she keeps forgetting to eat when she is distracted by reading or talking. This would be a constant preoccupation were it not for the sassy mothering provided by her raven companion Lexi (who was 'creatively' named with the Draconic word for 'speaker.' Thankfully, he knows what's best for himself (e.g. eating regularly) and reminds Qit that he needs to eat. Otherwise, she could potentially waste away to scales and bones from inattention to her own personal needs.

Qitirith has a gangly build, seeming to be all neck, tail, wings, and legs, without much body to speak of. The tiny brass dragon clocks in at about 18 inches of body, 24 of tail, and 15 of neck and head. She's barely a foot across at her widest point, and that's if she's holding her breath. Her paws and wings are comparably huge, with the former giving her a gait bordering on puppy-like and the latter stretching seven and a half feet from tip to tip. She might weigh four whole pounds on a good day (one where Lexi convinced her to eat enough).

As with her kin, Qitirith has dull scales colored in a mottled brown with green mottling where wings and frills join her body. The wings have a reddish tint at the outside edges, albeit they are difficult to distinguish from the brown of the rest of her scales and those markings in particular are only easy to pick out in bright sunlight.

Much like the rest of her kind, Qit is well-enamored of the sound of her own voice and loves little more than talking for hours on end with any and everyone who will give her the time of day. Fortunately for the people around her, Lexi has proven to be a capable conversationalist. While he lacks her own precocious intellect, his acerbic wit and general lack of respect for either his ostensible master or any other living thing have proven sufficient challenge that Qit can regularly be distracted by quiet arguments in Draconic between she and the raven.

When taking an alternate form, she will either assume that of a raven in similar size and coloration to Lexi or that of a young female halfling. In her humanoid form, she has shiny blond hair kept in pigtails, brassy-hued hazel eyes behind a pair of brass wire-frame spectacles that perch on her nose, a ready smile, and introduces herself as Kit.
