Personality: Ashley is, for the most part, a happy go lucky person. She is always quick with a joke, using humor to try and diffuse situations instead of violence. Though she is usually a happy person she has been known to sulk and there is no one on the planet better at sulking than her. She doesn't really like to draw a lot of attention to herself, preferring others have the spotlight.

Physical Description: Ashley stands at five feet five inches and weighs a hundred pounds soaking wet with bricks in her pockets. Alright, she weighs one hundred and ten pounds but people like to make that joke. She has short blonde hair that she likes to keep in a ponytail and hazel eyes, which lighten or darken depending on her mood.

She wears casual clothes, preferring t-shirts and jeans or shorts to mini skirts and tube tops, again preferring to avoid attention and thus wear clothes that won't attract it. She isn't what most people would call beautiful, most go with pretty or fairly good looking, at least those that take the time to notice her do.

Background: Ashley was born in Denver, Colorado to Joe and Michelle Rose. She has an older sister named Regina who she gets along with pretty well and no other siblings. Her family has lived in Colorado for all of her life and she has very much enjoyed it. Being so close to the Rocky Mountains instilled in her a love for the outdoors at a young age and she was always going on camping trips with her family, particularly her dad who encouraged her love of the outdoors. Her childhood was fairly normal, she suffered a bit at the hands of bullies but her big sister was always either around to stop it or put a stop to it shortly after and after a few times the bullies moved on to easier prey. She was an average student, not getting straight A's but coming in with a solid B average throughout her schooling career.

Her power has only recently manifested itself, only a few months before her nineteenth birthday. She was hiking alone up in the mountains during the fall, near dusk which is always a bad plan as that's when predators are most active but she had done it before and nothing bad had ever happened. But as is always the case, it only takes one time for something bad to happen.

This time it was a mountain lion that was stalking her. It was only pure luck that saved her life, she rounded a bend and looked up at just the right time to spot the lion as it prepared to leap out of the tree at her. As the lion leaped and was flying towards her with death in its eyes she screamed, only this was no normal scream. It was as though a sonic boom had just blasted out of her mouth. The concussive force of the scream sent the lion back the way it had come, rolling end over end before climbing shakily to its feet and staggering away.

After experimenting a bit with it she found that she could reproduce the Sonic Scream as she now called it by screaming, unfortunately, it happens whenever she screams now. She's trying to get control over her powers but it's shaky at best.
