Livia of Drusillia

She was born as Olivia of Drusillia, however naught is known of her past. Most accept her supposed origin from High Rock as fact, however in reality this is nothing but conjecture, based on the fact she first appeared in the northwestern corner of Cyrodiil, with reports suggesting her army had marched through the Reach of Skyrim. The theory of Empress Livia's High Rock origins seems further supported by the fact, she shares many characteristics of generic Bretons; Very pale skin, high cheekbones and slightly pointed ears, typical of Bretons' elven ancestry - Not to mention her extreme affinity with magicka, which seems unrivaled. Yet, there is no record of a family to have ever existed in High Rock, under the name "Drusillia", nor is there a place within High Rock with such a name. Still, as the Empress herself is yet to comment on her past or origins, they ultimately remain a mystery.

Even without her heels, the Empress stands almost two meters in height and always carries herself with an authoritative posture, commanding respect even with her stride. She has a remarkable ability to invoke either intense fear, or overwhelming awe, with her piercing stare. The Empress has been described by many, Man, Mer and Beast alike, male or female, as the most beautiful woman in Tamriel. Her charm and prowess at seduction are extraordinary, which have given her a significant advantage in politics and diplomacy.

Much of her body is covered in strange markings, in the form of tattoos and ornate scars, which form intricate shapes and patterns along her legs and arms. Her wardrobe consists of scarfs, robes and dresses, unlike any highborn fashion seen in Tamriel - Suggesting they are rescued relics, of an ancient time. The Empress' signature outfit, appears to be of Akaviri design. Her hands are usually covered by metallic gloves, which end in sharp claws and are known to be a part of the ebony suit she wore, during the Drusillic Invasion. Her hair is raven black and her eyes are a deep blue color.
