Chloe is rather tall standing at a proud five foot ten.  She has long wavy brown  hair with some blonde highlights that hint of hair color change when out in the sun.  Her golden bronze skin almost hides her spray of freckles across her face but seems to accent her fiery hazel green eyes. A scar runs from her left ear and follows the nature curve of her neck ending below the line of her shirt.  Chloe wears natural colored clothes seeming to move with the wind but not getting in the way of her movement
