Katya (Full name Kazimir Vasiliev) is a fairly tall (6'0") and lanky (134lbs) individual with long white hair, an icy pale complexion and blue-grey eyes. Not the most talkative sort, he seems content to fall into the background.

 Despite his wish to avoid the spotlight, rumors seem to embrace him like a heavy coat. Whispers often spread in regards to his origins, some claiming that he's some former criminal (supposedly hiding a tattoo on one of his arms which would prove said ties,) with others insisting that he's been sent to spy on them by the Cardinal of Russia as a member of some nearly-extinct experimental bloodline. Whatever it may be, he seems unwilling to speak about it, or even himself at much length and takes care to keep a jacket on whenever possible, claiming that his arms have a tendency to get chilly.

Truly the only concrete thing known about Katya is that he's come into Philadelphia all the way from Russia, supposedly at the request of someone specific, but as to why or who he serves, it remains unknown.
