Luciano is of average height, obvious Hispanic ancestry, usually well dressed in a leather jacket, black button up shirt and dark colored chinos and black dress shoes that are polished till you can see your face in them. There is something about him that feeds into his aura of menace, the heads of snake tattoo's poke out on the back of his hands, indicating there may be more ink on his body.

Although he is not loud and brash but when he speaks there is a part of you that can't help thinking that he is carrying the big stick spoken about in so many sayings. His eyes are intense and although he looks a little pale his natural skin coloring stops him from looking pasty. When you see him move, particularly when danger rears it's head it is with a supernatural grace that resembles a jaguar stalking it's prey rather than a mortal.

He usually drives a black on black Dodge Charger with the Hemi engine and is often accompanied, on his nights off, by an attractive blonde.
