Niki worked as a trader since the third war, in which she fought in the Terran Navy as border patrol around the Procyon System. Following the defeat of Imperial forces in that system early in the war, she was assigned to a Crocket class Picket vessel. Travelling to Sirius and lurking there, she became well versed in the system and in keeping away from Imperial eyes, skills they have since put to very good use to increase her salary! Niki has worked along side Cyril Zotmund on occasion, but known Andrew since school days.
