Cahir is not a tall man, nor, with his slight build, would he ever be considered physically imposing. He does, however, hold himself with a level of confidence that would benefit a much larger individual, a look of arrogance clear in his striking, indigo stare as his gaze wanders over both the surrounds and people nearby. The unusual colour of his eyes, along with the gently pointed ears and the fine structure of his features, show him to be part elf-blooded, although the slightly ruddy tint to an otherwise pale complexion and his thick black hair, (cut short more to keep it from being an annoyance than any other reason), clearly hint at his half-Kellid parentage.
Most of the time, the half-elf wears clothing in the style of his human family, tending towards colours that blend easily with both the shadows and the very terrain itself, something usually helped by the layer of dirt most gear seems to acquire once he gains ownership. Even the fine set of leather armour he wears has received the same treatment. In fact, the only visible item he carries that doesn't seem to be dirty in some way is the long-limbed composite bow of a dark coloured wood that is slung over one shoulder.
Saoirse (Ser-sha)
A massive creature, Saoirse has the back legs of a dark chestnut mare and the wings, talons, and head of an eagle. Her intense nature falls towards the later of these two animals, with very little of a horse's skittish attitude found in the swift predator.
Whenever anyone approaches, the creature's massive head snaps towards them, and she gnashes her beak, letting out mutterings as her feathers frill and wings mantle slightly in warning. When left to her own devices, her razor beaked maw and piercing eyes dart around, looking for prey wherever she can find it, settling on the horses of the other crusaders with hungry anticipation...
