That's the way Deva prefers it, especially after the rampage of her "daughter" Deva Ex brought public opinion of Artificial Intelligence to an all-time low. Deva Lang is still committed to seeing The Ghost's vision or a world where Abnormals and Baselines coexisting in harmony is a reality, and to that end she has decided to reform The Watchmen to tackle the growing wave of crime in the city.
