Dmitri Von Jeggett is a popular wrestler with the World Gladiatorial Arena, one of the largest stables of Abnormal wrestlers in the United States. Though he plays a heel, his charm and badassness means that he's never without cheers from the crowd. He got his break while working as a vigilante with the Watchmen, and is one of their most famous former members. He still visits Drake City on occasion, visiting his old stomping grounds and promoting his next PPV event. The last time he was in town, he saved 90 airplane passengers and a whole school full of children from destruction at the hands of Deva Ex Machina.
