Dolli is unpredictable in the extreme. She's been known to kick someone's face into the concrete, then invite them out for ice cream. She's superhumanly agile and quick, almost impervious to pain, can kick holes in concrete, has the impulse control of a child, and loves being the center of attention. She's also The Jester's sister. All that combined means that when she shows up, things get crazy in a hurry.
