Captain Glenn Jacobs is nominally the Patriot’s second-in-command, but if it were up to him he’d be in charge. he is a staunch and outspoken Conservative, and makes many appearances in the Right-Wing Noise Machine. He is brash, arrogant, a womanizer, and holds views that are openly racist, sexist, jingoistic, and anti-Abnormal. As such, he bristles under The Patriot’s command and seeks to undermine her authority whenever he has the chance. He wears an experimental military battlesuit which allows him to go toe-to-toe with Abnormals.
